About This Role
- Lead requirement gathering, user story development, and backlog prioritization in collaboration with product and development teams within agrochemical operations.
- Drive end-to-end process for defining, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Lead testing efforts (functional, exploratory, UAT) and oversee product release support to ensure solutions meet business and customer expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in product or technology-driven environments.
- Domain expertise mandatory in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or specialized Agrochemical sectors.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, FDA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) with experience delivering validated systems.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar) with cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex scientific/technical information into actionable business insights within highly regulated Life Sciences or Agrochemical sectors.
- Demonstrated ownership of product delivery from concept through completion in technology-driven settings.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced Agile environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
