About This Role
- Lead analysis and definition of business, product, and technical requirements for performance and analytics solutions, including investment analytics and data modeling.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery activities such as testing, rollout, and ensuring product readiness with documentation and training.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Performance and Analytics Applications and communicate product development progress to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics and Investment Accounting and Financial Services domain.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with financial data modeling and mapping.

- Experienced in product development, product management, or business analysis within Financial Services, especially investment performance and analytics.
- Capable of translating complex financial data and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable insights.
- Comfortable collaborating across Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to drive product lifecycle and delivery in an agile environment.
