About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and Internal Orders.
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation within finance and controlling using SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, supply chain, and operations to align financial processes with business objectives and oversee financial reporting accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in finance and controlling roles with substantial SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration experience.
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling modules including technical configuration and customization; certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling is desirable.
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

- Experienced in leading or managing teams with demonstrated ability in guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Strong technical proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling modules combined with knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative environments integrating SAP Finance modules with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
