About This Role
- Accountable for supporting enterprise-wide data migration initiatives by ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems.
- Responsible for mapping, transforming, and validating data fields from source to target systems following business rules and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation and produce reports and dashboards to monitor migration progress and data quality issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in data operations or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and validation.
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
- Experience with ETL processes and familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP or NetSuite; knowledge of reporting/automation tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks) and master data management tools preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with complex data structures, migration requirements, and data governance including documentation of business rules and SOPs.
- Able to collaborate effectively with business users, data stewards, and technical teams, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates proficiency in AI tools to enhance workflow automation and has awareness of AI risk management and ethical use.
