About This Role
- Lead delivery of complex projects and transitions within a global Corporate Trust and Financial Services setting, ensuring projects complete on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage multi-geographical project teams and stakeholders effectively to support business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Implement project governance including planning, scope/change, risk, budget, quality management, and reporting across multiple entities and data streams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–11 years of progressive project and transition management experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience managing projects with multi-geographical teams and working in Captive / GIC / GCC environments.
- Background in financial services processing, especially Corporate Trust or related domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services Corporate Trust domain with strong project management methodology expertise.
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced, changing environments with a structured, process-driven approach.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks simultaneously, with excellent English communication skills.
