About This Role
- Own end-to-end operational management for complex, global software applications, ensuring stability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead incident, release, vulnerability, and vendor management to maintain seamless, secure, and reliable application operations.
- Drive continuous operational improvements, automation, and collaborate across teams to maximize product value and service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Experience in IT operations or software development in complex business environments.
- Mandatory Skills: Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud environment expertise (AWS, Azure), and awareness of authentication protocols.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Hyderabad, India or willing to work in a hybrid model at this location.
- Preferred Domain: Experience in drug discovery or scientific research settings is preferred but not mandatory.
