About This Role
- Coordinate and manage user access certification campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely launch, monitoring, completion, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support IAM service owners, application owners, business, technology, and risk teams in executing access certification activities with accuracy and control.
- Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and governance routines to enhance certification efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or Identity & Access Management.
- Experience supporting identity and access management, access certifications, or related cybersecurity operations and control processes.
- Familiarity with access certification activities including campaign planning, reviewer assignment validation, tracking, and reporting.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in relevant cybersecurity/IAM roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally focused with strong organizational skills to manage multiple certification workstreams and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Experienced with automation and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, SailPoint) to support efficient certification tracking and management reporting.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory and audit frameworks such as SOX related to access governance and control effectiveness.
