About This Role
- Provide operational support and administration for the Learning Management System (LMS) including course management and troubleshooting.
- Manage Portuguese language-specific learning content, including translation, localisation, and validation, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage learning content delivery and support global learning operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or learning management.
- Proficiency in Portuguese essential to support language-specific learning content and operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience working with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Learning Management Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and learning content operations.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and able to coordinate with vendors and global teams efficiently.
- Capable of maintaining operational documentation and reporting within established quality standards.
