About This Role
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) across US and India teams to drive delivery on data-driven programs.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog and boards using Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency and alignment with Delivery Leads.
- Identify and manage dependencies, remove blockers, track sprint progress, risks, and oversee delivery execution on fixed-fee cloud data platform projects involving AI/ML.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including minimum 3 years as Scrum Master on data-driven programs.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and board management.
- Delivery experience on cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or closely related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in running sprints with geographically distributed teams (US and India time zones).
- Proven ability in dependency and risk management within agile delivery, especially in AI/ML-enabled data programs.
- Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) with familiarity in fixed-fee engagements and cloud data platform delivery.
