About This Role
- Support lifecycle of institutional trade flow including client onboarding, cash payments, and securities settlement.
- Lead or participate in complex initiatives to improve processes, risk controls, and compliance reporting related to trade and transaction data.
- Collaborate with technology, middle office, and compliance teams to resolve issues, test technology changes, and maintain program documentation and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Experience with FINRA Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), TRACE 6760 and 6730 submissions, and key controls for Large Options Positions Reporting (LOPR), Large Trade Reporting (LTR), Electronic Blue Sheets (EBS).
- Ability to review, analyze, and resolve regulatory reporting issues including securities lending transaction resubmissions.
- University degree including coursework in financial markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in capital markets operations or compliance surveillance involving derivatives, FX, and securities with knowledge of US and EMEA regulations (e.g. FINRA, SFTR, EMIR, MiFID).
- Skilled in data management, automation (Alteryx/Xceptor), and analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI with ability to develop solutions to improve reporting productivity.
- Familiar with Atlassian Confluence and Jira for maintaining program information, project tracking, and collaboration.
