About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI products solving complex enterprise problems with measurable value.
- Own AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and continuous improvement for deployed AI systems.
- Collaborate with AI engineering and data teams to design AI product experiences, from hypothesis to production deployment and adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years product management experience with significant B2B software product delivery.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered products where AI impacts core customer outcomes.
- Strong data skills working with large datasets and practical knowledge of AI evaluation and monitoring frameworks.
- Work Location: Bangalore; Preferred Education: Master's Degree.

- Experienced in taking AI products through hypothesis formulation, prototyping, production deployment, and continuous iteration.
- Skilled in designing AI evaluation frameworks and diagnosing AI system failures across model, data, retrieval, and orchestration layers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and focuses on measurable customer outcomes rather than AI feature demos.
