About This Role
- Own software delivery for multiple Scrum/Kanban teams using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.
- Mentor, train, and lead Agile/Scaled Agile process improvements to ensure continuous, high-quality releases aligned with business and engineering goals.
- Collaborate with Technology and Business leaders on Agile release planning, reporting, and coaching Product Owners and teams to be empowered and self-organizing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years in technology working on complex enterprise products.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; experience with Scaled Agile and PI planning across multiple teams mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced servant-leader capable of influencing without formal authority and driving Agile adoption at scale.
- Comfortable managing multiple Agile teams and interacting directly with business and technology leaders for strategic planning and reporting.
- Hands-on with Agile Lifecycle Management tools like JIRA and Confluence; preferably with financial services domain experience.
