About This Role
- Lead and coordinate delivery of key initiatives across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring sprint goals are met and dependencies managed.
- Develop and present investment planning cases, translate Epics into prioritized User Stories with acceptance criteria, and embed within Agile ceremonies.
- Build and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for governance forums, and drive process improvements to support decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing Financial or Technology projects with exposure to full SDLC and engineering processes (TDD, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Regression Testing).
- Certified Scrum Master required.
- Proficient in Agile tools (Jira), and advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Confluence skills with data visualization expertise.
- Location: Bengaluru, India; Work hours: Full-time, EMEA shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile project environments with strong coordination across cross-functional teams and senior leadership engagement.
- Technically strong background in Computer Science, Finance, or Mathematics with analytical and data visualization skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-initiative environment requiring independent risk mitigation and process optimization.
