About This Role
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers within the PMO, holding them accountable for meeting project goals and adhering to established methodologies.
- Own the continuous improvement of PMO practices, ensuring quality assurance, risk management, and effective status reporting across all projects.
- Lead individual projects as assigned, managing resources, client expectations, and project closure activities including evaluations and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
- 6-10 years of direct project management experience and 3-5 years of direct management experience.
- Experience working within and leading a PMO is required; prior experience in high technology or manufacturing preferred.

- Has strong leadership experience managing project teams within a PMO environment with accountability for project delivery and standards enforcement.
- Demonstrates expertise in project methodologies with proven ability to improve processes and mitigate risks effectively.
- Experienced in managing client engagements and coordinating cross-functional teams including third-party contractors.
