About This Role
- Lead deep product usage analysis to uncover trends, friction points, and actionable insights affecting millions of users.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to define success metrics, design A/B tests, and inform product decisions using robust data.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and data systems (e.g., Looker Studio) to democratize insight access across the company.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a product analyst or data analyst, ideally in B2C or fintech environments.
- Proficiency in Mixpanel and experience with event-based tracking systems (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Strong understanding of product analytics concepts such as activation, retention, funnels, segmentation, and LTV/CAC modeling.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years; Other strict requirements include mobile-first user journey analytics expertise and data visualization/dashboarding skills.
