About This Role
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers within the PMO, ensuring accountability and adherence to project goals.
- Lead and oversee project status reporting, progress monitoring, and corrective actions across multiple projects under PMO management.
- Continuously improve PMO practices and enforce project management standards and methodologies to minimize risks and ensure quality execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate required.
- 6-10 years of direct project management experience; 3-5 years in a direct management role.
- Prior experience leading PMO teams or project management in a high technology or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple project managers and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
- Strong operational focus with the ability to monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and enforce project standards rigorously.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication, consensus negotiation, and delivering clear, organized project presentations and reports.
