About This Role
- Lead design and product teams to develop operational core data capabilities for Ford Pro Tech, including ETL processes, multi-tier data models, data quality strategy, and domain data expertise.
- Design, develop, and evolve cloud native services using Python, Java Spring Boot, and GCP technologies to support analytic software tools and improve business processes.
- Drive technical excellence by implementing best practices, observability frameworks, performance engineering, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of core systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience with GCP, Cloud Run, Spring Boot, and Java.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, launching large-scale global APIs on cloud (Azure/GCP), and DevOps tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, and GitHub.
