About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable Java-based systems supporting critical business functions.
- Translate proposed architecture and leadership goals into detailed technical design documents and solutions.
- Coach junior developers and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and testable code adhering to established architectural standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years related experience.
- 4+ years experience with Java, Spring-Boot, Spring Framework, Cloud development, REST, Microservices, Micro-UI.
- 4+ years experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB), RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Experience with full SDLC, Agile methodology, and security, scaling, performance, and availability concerns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in system design from mid-scale to enterprise application development.
- Experience coaching developers and working in scaled Agile environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence) and strong collaboration and communication skills.
