About This Role
- Translate complex user problems into intuitive, simple digital experiences for engineering and automation domains.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate designs using AI-assisted tools, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams throughout design to delivery.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and components, ensuring clear communication and seamless developer handoff.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong skills in UX, interaction, and visual design fundamentals, especially with Figma and developer handoff processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field; certifications in UX, HCI, or similar areas preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools and large language models as part of daily design workflow.

- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with international stakeholders and B2B/enterprise products.
- Proactive in taking ownership of design work by quickly translating conversations and ambiguous requirements into tangible Figma flows and prototypes.
