About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale platform services with high quality, performance, and scalability.
- Drive platform design, modernization, and cloud migration focusing on Java/Spring Boot backend, SQL databases, React.js UI, APIs, and microservices.
- Establish engineering metrics, optimize DevOps and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure), and ensure security and compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years managing multiple engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, SQL databases, and React.js for enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience with scalable distributed platforms, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
