About This Role
- Own day-to-day coordination of a data collection and quality project for conversational AI products.
- Manage sourcing, onboarding, and communication with freelancers to meet project priorities and timelines.
- Monitor quality through coordination with QC/QA teams and execute feedback loops for data rework when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and collaboration tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or interest in project coordination, vendor management, or data annotation projects, preferably in AI or tech environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Operationally focused with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
