About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Oversee technical delivery and mentor teams for enterprise-scale AI projects, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, budgeting, and planning.
- Build, test, validate predictive models and support scalable AI solution creation during sales pursuits and delivery phases.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning technologies including NLP, deep learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain.
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using large language models and vector databases; cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Analytics, or a quantitative field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional AI teams and managing end-to-end project delivery including estimation and resource planning.
- Strong expertise integrating AI/ML technical requirements with business objectives in complex, enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with scalable AI deployments, including Generative AI frameworks, and cloud platforms supporting large-scale AI infrastructure.
