About This Role
- Lead and deliver CBTC project solutions, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure project completion within budget and on time.
- Define, update, and control system architecture and concepts throughout the project lifecycle, including bid phase and engineering statements.
- Analyze and clarify customer requirements, ensuring coherent system specifications and acting as an interface among project, development, product management, and customer teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with CBTC projects in a responsible role; minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of railway principles and standards.
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering lifecycle and processes at system and subsystem levels.
- Work Location: Pune, India.

- Experienced in leading system engineering activities within railway infrastructure projects, especially CBTC systems.
- Capable of managing technical and commercial aspects of system design in coordination with project and program managers.
- Strong communication skills with ability to align multi-disciplinary teams and act as primary technical liaison.
