About This Role
- Manage administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday PSA and Financials processes including resource management, project staffing, utilization, and project financials.
- Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational, financial, resource, and data-quality insights.
- Lead data conversion, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration to ensure accurate data flows and support M&A and enterprise system initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Workday PSA, Financials data, data conversion, integrations, or related enterprise systems in production or implementation environments.
- Experience with Workday PSA processes, EIBs, data loading, reporting, conversions, and working knowledge of SQL or ETL processes.
- Experience supporting Workday Financials, project accounting, Quote-to-Cash, M&A, divestiture, or large-scale data conversion initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in professional services operations and internal Workday or HRIS team environments, with emphasis on resource management and project financials.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HRIS, integration, and business systems teams to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Proficient in Workday security, APIs, complex reporting, data visualization tools like Power BI, and improving scalable data governance and user experience.
