About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain automated evaluation and testing frameworks for Agentic AI systems, including LLM-powered agents and workflows.

Minimum Requirements
- 2-8 years experience in QA Automation, SDET, MLOps, or related engineering roles with hands-on LLM evaluation experience.
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in test automation frameworks (pytest), API testing, reusable test framework development, and Git.
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks, agent integration testing, and CI/CD release engineering for automated quality gates.
- Work location mandatory at Mohali office (Chandigarh Tricity) with full-time employment; immediate or short notice period preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Possesses practical knowledge of RAG systems, tool calling, multi-step agent workflows, and AI safety testing including adversarial scenarios and policy validations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, security, and observability teams to ensure production-grade quality and safety for AI-powered agent releases.
