About This Role
- Develop and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to address diverse business use cases with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with domain experts and software developers to integrate LLM solutions into applications and build a scalable prompt engineering framework for reuse across business units.
- Continuously improve prompt effectiveness through user feedback analysis and contribute to strategic decisions on LLM tools and platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML or prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM tools such as OpenAI GPT models or Hugging Face.
- Willingness to travel at least 2 weeks per year.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a PhD or Master’s with experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, or related domain.
- Experienced with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Familiar with NLP or machine learning projects, version control (Git), and understands traditional industry operations.
