About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and automation solutions for Windows server environments.
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and deployment automation.
- Manage and optimize Windows Server infrastructure including scripting (PowerShell, Python) and system-level automation frameworks like Ansible or Terraform.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend development and Windows Automation.
- Strong expertise in Python and scripting with PowerShell; experience with automation frameworks like Ansible or Terraform.
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 administration, deploying and managing large Windows server infrastructure.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating and automating Windows server environments at scale with backend development skills.
- Proven ability to work in Agile or DevOps teams managing complex backend systems and deployment pipelines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally on system design, code review, and continuous improvement initiatives in a medium to large IT services environment.
