About This Role
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows 365, and Entra ID user and group administration.
- Oversee security operations including system patching, vulnerability remediation, certificate renewals, and access controls to maintain secure IT services.
- Handle troubleshooting, incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL processes; automate administration and operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in IT infrastructure or Microsoft cloud platform administration.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows 365) and Entra ID administration.
- Job location: Noida Sector 144; Work model: Hybrid/Remote.

- Experienced in managing Microsoft 365 environments with expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows 365, and identity management via Entra ID.
- Skilled in ITSM frameworks for incident, problem, and change management ensuring SLA adherence and operational reliability.
