About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, high-performance full stack software systems impacting talent sourcing and hiring processes.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design, validate solutions with data and experimentation, and participate in code/design reviews.
- Own applications during business hours to ensure system health, use metrics and analytics to improve performance, and collaborate cross-functionally including mentorship roles.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or advanced degree without experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack development focusing on both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar) and back-end (Java, Kotlin, or similar) technologies.
- Experience building and operating large-scale, high-performance, resilient systems.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years explicitly mentioned.

- Experience working on large-scale, microservice-based architectures with full ownership of features affecting employer-candidate interactions.
- Proven ability to use data-driven methods and metrics to validate design decisions and improve system performance.
