About This Role
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects from legacy ITSM tools to modern platforms, primarily ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and implement ETL pipelines using Python, including automation frameworks for data validation and error handling.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, define migration strategies, monitor delivery timelines, and mitigate risks throughout the migration lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-10 years of experience in data migration, data engineering, or integration roles with proven leadership of large-scale ITSM data migration projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, scripting, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow data migration tools including Import Sets and Transform Maps, and understanding of ITIL and ITSM data structures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
