About This Role
- Lead strategic and operational delivery of enterprise AI, GenAI, and agentic automation platforms aligned with business goals.
- Define and execute AI engineering vision, roadmap, and scalable, secure AI architectures including RAG and orchestration layers.
- Build and scale large distributed AI engineering teams; establish AI governance and drive adoption of MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in software, data, or AI/ML engineering with 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience building and scaling enterprise AI platforms, including GenAI and intelligent automation.
- Expertise in LLMs, GenAI architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and cloud-native AI platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in Python and APIs; knowledge of Java/Scala/Go preferred; experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, security, and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader accustomed to managing large, distributed, interdisciplinary AI engineering teams and engaging senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to define and execute AI platform roadmaps and oversee AI modernization initiatives.
- Domain expertise in enterprise GenAI platforms, AI governance in regulated industries, and influencing at executive and board levels.
