About This Role
- Lead and manage the development, maintenance, and modernization of .NET-based software solutions.
- Set and enforce application design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and API development.
- Drive technical leadership in implementing secure authentication (OAuth/OpenID Connect) and integrating AI models to enhance development efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in software development.
- Advanced expertise in .NET/.NET Core, C#, Domain Driven Design, RESTful APIs, SOLID principles, and unit/integration testing.
- Professional experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, IIS, Windows Services, and practical AI model usage in software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader of software development teams in .NET technology stacks, especially with enterprise financial or retirement industry applications.
- Strong technical architect with proven ability to apply Domain Driven Design, design patterns, and modern development practices including CI/CD.
- Familiarity with distributed multi-tier applications, Agile methodologies, and security-focused API design to support scalable, secure financial services solutions.
