About This Role
- Lead end-to-end BI and Power Platform workstreams including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Design and develop complex Power BI reports, Tableau dashboards, Power Apps applications, and Power Automate workflows to meet business needs.
- Support platform modernization initiatives such as Tableau-to-Power BI migration, dashboard rationalization, and automation of manual processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7+ years experience developing and leading delivery of Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Advanced SQL skills including query optimization and complex data transformations across enterprise-scale datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; Master's preferred.
- Experience leading BI workstreams from requirements to production and exposure to data governance, security, and enterprise-standard compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, QA, and business partners for delivery.
- Experience leading or significantly contributing to BI platform modernization and migration programs (e.g., Tableau to Power BI).
- Strong experience mentoring developers and acting as a technical lead or point of contact for BI solutions.
