About This Role
- Own prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) to support diverse business use cases by collaborating with domain experts and software developers.
- Develop, test, and refine reusable prompts and build a scalable prompt engineering framework for cross-business unit sharing.
- Contribute to integration of LLM solutions into applications and continuously improve prompts based on user feedback and technological advances.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM tools such as OpenAI GPT models and Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in Python or equivalent AI/ML programming languages; willingness to travel at least 2 weeks per year.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI Engineering, or related field with strong domain expertise in AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch), data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with NLP or machine learning projects and understanding of traditional industry operations to effectively translate business needs into AI solutions.
