About This Role
- Lead and manage software development teams focused on enterprise applications using Microsoft technology stack (.NET Framework, .NET Core, C#).
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using microservices architecture emphasizing availability, security, and performance.
- Oversee UI development using Angular framework and ensure CI/CD processes using tools like Bamboo, Git, Jenkins.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years managerial experience leading engineering teams.
- 10+ years hands-on software development experience with Microsoft .NET stack.
- 3+ years UI development experience with Angular, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, TypeScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Technical Lead with 5+ years guiding technical teams and complex projects.
- Familiar with microservices, API design, and authorization frameworks (OAuth 2, SAML, JWT).
- Has worked in or understands the Retirement or Financial Services industries and modern DevOps practices.
