About This Role
- Lead onboarding and configuration of observability and evaluation pipelines for customer AI applications in production.
- Maintain and troubleshoot post-production monitoring and alerting for AI applications, ensuring reliability and coverage tied to delivery targets.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal UAIS engineering to improve platform based on feedback and document onboarding practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field.
- At least 2 years industry experience as AI Software Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML observability or evaluation tools including Arize AX.
- Experience with MLOps or AIOps in production and knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working directly with customer or stakeholder teams to troubleshoot and resolve AI production issues.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems and observability/evaluation patterns like tracing and eval orchestration preferred.
- Background in supporting enterprise AI governance or audit-related monitoring requirements.
