About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build AI-native agents using Python, LangGraph, LangFuse, LLMs, integrating with enterprise systems via REST APIs, GraphQL, and MCP.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability and reliability, including implementing CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, LangGraph, LangFuse, LLMs, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with deep expertise in production implementation of Agentic AI and LLM-based systems.
- Experienced in AI agent orchestration including tool calling, memory, retrieval, prompt engineering, and system integration.
- Skilled in developing secure, scalable AI automation workflows, ideally with exposure to AI-driven security automation or DevSecOps environments.
