About This Role
- Own requirements management and business analysis for client change, operational & regulatory projects within Transfer Agency BPA, including documentation and coordination with business and technology teams.
- Manage and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for system upgrades, installs, launches, and product releases, ensuring defect troubleshooting and quality delivery.
- Serve as a Change Advocate to facilitate smooth implementation of projects adhering to governance, SDLC, and Agile frameworks across multiple stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in transfer agency domain with knowledge of FIS Transfer Agency core applications.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, testing, or similar role with involvement in Scrum, Agile, IT, and product development change initiatives.
- Eligibility criteria for internal partners includes 24 months as Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant to move to Team Leader/Consultant; TL and Consultant movement allowed after 12 months.
- Work Experience Required: 7-10 years in transfer agency domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex projects within Transfer Agency functions using FIS TA and related systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to lead business analysis through full project lifecycle under Agile methodologies.
- Capable of stakeholder management and effective communication to drive change and ensure collaborative implementation across business and technology teams.
