About This Role
- Own end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting and controllership activities including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead transition and scaling of accounting functions into Hyderabad center with responsibility for ~5 accounting team members, process standardization, and audit readiness.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, SOX compliance, audit support, and stakeholder management across global and regional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional qualification: Chartered Accountant, CPA, MBA or equivalent.
- 12+ years progressive accounting/controllership experience including at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of RTR, US GAAP, SOX controls, intercompany and foreign currency accounting; experience in multinational matrixed organizations.
- Work location: Hyderabad; Work hours typically 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST Monday to Friday; with potential additional hours as needed.
