About This Role
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure quality and success of various technologies.
- Perform manual and automated testing of applications and web resources, including test case authoring, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with developers, technical leads, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to resolve issues and track defects.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in quality assurance and testing.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience testing web application projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working within Agile/Scrum environments collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts.
- Operational focus on manual and automated testing processes including defect management and coordination.
- Capable of proactively identifying testing challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies with project management escalation.
