About This Role
- Develop and maintain global supply and inventory plans balancing demand, capacity, and business goals.
- Lead supplier and material category ownership, managing supplier relationships from planning through supply execution.
- Perform data-driven analysis and scenario planning to optimize supply continuity, inventory health, and mitigate risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or similar.
- More than 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, or related supply chain roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and reporting; experience with Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; preference for D365 experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as the lead owner and specialist for supplier relationships and specific commodities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience driving data-based planning decisions and process improvements including automation.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within S&OP or IBP frameworks involving demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and finance.
