About This Role
- Develop and maintain supply plans to meet customer demand, inventory targets, and business goals.
- Manage material availability, proactively resolve shortages and disruptions, and serve as the primary SME for assigned suppliers and materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyse supply constraints, improve planning accuracy, and support production continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Procurement, or similar supply chain roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related area preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUPs) and experience with reporting dashboards or business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; Dynamics 365 (D365) experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership managing supply plans and supplier relationships in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data-driven feedback to mitigate risks and optimize inventory and supply performance.
- Experienced in coordinating with multiple teams (Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance) to support operational and business objectives.
