About This Role
- Provide technical support for Fixed Income and Derivatives applications, focusing on diagnosing and resolving client issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable improvements and solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage sensitive/high-impact issues, and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Fintech, or related technical discipline; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial technology with exposure to trading support, middle/back-office operations, fund accounting, or front-office trading; experience with Charles River IMS or similar OMS/EMS platforms is required.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of fixed income instruments and derivatives, including understanding of Trade Life Cycle.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL; candidate must be able to work EST hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST).
