About This Role
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the Finance Data & Innovation organization, ensuring accurate expense tracking and management.
- Serve as primary finance contact and advisor for the overall budget, liaising with finance leaders and departmental heads including SVP-level leadership.
- Develop complex financial models and standardized data extraction from multiple financial systems (Oracle, Workday, Hyperion, BPMS) to inform expense management and forward-looking projections.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or business planning.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and experience with Hyperion expense reporting systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results.
