About This Role
- Provide administrative and operational support to the chargeback administration team focusing on accounts receivable processes in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Accurately compile, process vendor payments and adjustments, manage cash and adjustment tracking logs, and perform vendor account reconciliation including root cause analysis of issues.
- Prepare end-of-month and other finance reports while collaborating on projects for process improvements related to chargebacks and supplier contracts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; Master’s degree or MBA Finance preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in processing cash and adjustments in B2B within manufacturing or distribution context.
- 2+ years of relevant working experience around audit controls.
- Experience required with ERP software such as SAP and Oracle; Advanced Excel skills mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in accounts receivable, vendor payment processing, and chargeback administration within B2B manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Proficient in using modern ERP systems (SAP Vistex, Oracle ChRM) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Capable of independently performing root cause analyses and collaborating on process improvement projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
