About This Role
- Develop AI-powered quantitative and qualitative insights supporting executive decision making for Go-To-Market strategies.
- Build interactive dashboards and conversational intelligence tools enabling business growth, customer retention, and productivity tracking.
- Partner with business leaders and data engineers to define KPIs, strengthen data infrastructure, and develop AI early-warning systems for proactive interventions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 8 to 12+ years of professional experience in business intelligence or related domain.
- Experience building interactive or conversational analytics tools (e.g., Wisdom.ai, Alteryx, Thoughtspot).
- Proficiency in AI-powered coding tools (Cursor.ai, Copilot, Claude) and programming languages (Python, React, SQL, Pandas, Spark).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI and prompt engineering to enhance BI insights and tools.
- Capable of collaborating with senior stakeholders and translating business context into actionable analytics.
- Skilled in designing scalable, secure data foundations and developing proactive AI-driven warning systems within Go-To-Market environments.
