About This Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives in finance transformation.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements, AI use case identification, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery ensuring business value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of project/program management experience in technology environments.
- Strong technical understanding of application development (web/mobile), APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms, DevOps basics, and integration architecture concepts (APIs, Middleware, Microservices, ETL).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks.
- Work Experience Required: 8–10 years in relevant technology project/program management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced IT Program Manager with demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Proven skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, capable of facilitating sprint ceremonies and driving delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.
