About This Role
- Deliver and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions specifically in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain, including configuration, testing, deployment, and process optimization.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, functional consultants, and technology teams to design and implement Oracle Fusion P2P solutions facilitating procurement and finance transformation.
- Manage hands-on configuration, documentation (BR100, MD050), testing support (SIT, UAT), and integration development (RICE objects) across multiple procurement and finance modules within complex enterprise environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant business analysis and Oracle Fusion implementation experience; preferably in financial services.
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience across Oracle Fusion P2P lifecycle modules: Procurement, Advanced Procurement, Complex/Services Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Contract Lifecycle Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supplier Risk.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and support including interface development and testing (SIT and UAT).
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex enterprise P2P implementations, able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation specific to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP P2P modules.
- Proven capability managing stakeholder engagement and delivering on finance and procurement transformation initiatives within financial services context.
