About This Role
- Operate and optimize SAST, SCA, and DAST tools within CI/CD pipelines to improve application security coverage and reduce risk.
- Conduct application and API security assessments including vulnerability triage, prioritization, and remediation guidance across cloud-native environments.
- Design and implement AI/ML-driven automation and DevSecOps controls to enhance secure development practices and application security postures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in application security or DevSecOps, including operation of SAST, SCA, and DAST in CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with tools like Checkmarx, Veracode, Fortify, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Snyk, Mend/WhiteSource, or Black Duck.
- Experience integrating security controls into Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps pipelines and automation scripting using Python or Bash.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in performing comprehensive API security testing and conducting threat modeling and security architecture reviews for modern applications and microservices.
- Skillful in designing AI agents or workflows for security automation and knowledgeable about AI/ML security frameworks and agent controls.
- Demonstrates strategic expertise in embedding security in DevSecOps environments with measurable impact on risk reduction and remediation closure.
