About This Role
- Design, develop, and support Workday Finance technical solutions including integrations, reporting, security, payroll technical, and data management across global implementations.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare design and business requirement documentation, and collaborate with technical consultants for customizations and reporting.
- Manage end-to-end Workday Finance implementation lifecycle including testing (system, UAT), deployment, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience with 5.5-8 years specifically in Workday Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Finance modules, including integrations, reporting, security, payroll technical, and data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum project environments; Workday certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in end-to-end Workday Finance implementation lifecycle with demonstrated ability to lead workshops and interact effectively with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of business processes and industry best practices.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams within global enterprise environments.
